Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community
I’m a man from Cambridge MA U.S.A., born in 1946.
My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming triathlon rowing walking hiking
My goals are: Maintain running abilities, decrease various distance running times.
I am on an all meat diet. I now weight 155 at 6′1″ in height. When I used to eat fruits and vegetables, my weight soared to over 300 pounds, my cholestrol went through the roof and I developed hypertension. I was a carbohydrate addict, which is a deadly as cocaine, another plant product. Now that I have eliminated all plant life from my diet, my health has been restored, When I do NOT eat fruits, vegetables or anything that comes from a plant, just as our ancestors did for 5,000,000 before we started poisoning our bodies with agricultural products near the end of the last ice age 10,000 years ago.
This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.

Thursday, June 18 Summary
Today, I jogged 14 miles, did 5 sets if 30 pushup, 5 sets if 25 setup, 10 sets of one footed heel lifts each side, and 1000 squats. Also, I road a stationary bicycle continuously for minutes.
